How time flies! I'm 6mo today. I've taken all the so-called compulsory jabs. A bit of crying there but that's it. Alhamdulillah, I'm healthy. Ibu still finds spots of blood in my poop if she ate something dairy (psst, I suspect it must be those icecream and cakes. :P) Speaking of food, I've also started eating today...woohoo! The food wasn't that appealing...runny and plain buuuuut it's food nevertheless. More food pls, Ibu!!

In other news, it took quite an effort for me to roll from my back to my tummy few wks back but now I have mastered it perfectly. I can laugh hysterically whenever kakak Aisyah makes funny faces. She's good at that! I'm no longer in size S diapers and have moved on to M. I've even graduated to 6-12mths onesies nicely already.

And you know what. I just found out that being six months, I can also understand maths. Who needs calculators? They're only good for munching!

One plus one is two is a concept that even infants can understand, according to the latest research performed by a team of scientist in the US and Israel. The researchers determined that these young babies can detect mathematical errors in computation.

I think anyone can guess who my favourite superhero is by now. :P

Ayah introduced me to the world of superheroes recently by letting me watch "Legion of Superheroes". I only have Season 1 and 2 though. I especially like "Crywolf" in Season 2 that I can watch it [insert number here] times and not be bored out of my mind.

The Legion of Super-Heroes is a fictional superhero team in the 30th and 31st centuries of the DC Comics Universe.

My sister, Aisyah, can cry for whatever reason and really...she cries for the slightest reason. In this picture, she cried because she dropped Ibu's camera. Imagine that! And I was like huh?! I was shocked initially during the first few months but I'm used to it now.

That's me! Ayah has nicknamed me, the Piranha. My life has been all about the endless chewing and the almost frantic desire to have something in my mouth almost all day. I even managed to make a teether leak and kakak Aisyah had a fun time spraying water from that thing...hehe. Nowadays I get an increase of saliva in my mouth and I drool a lot. Too much saliva caused me to cough sometimes. Ibu said that this normal because I'm just trying to to lose the extra saliva from my pharynx (whatever that is :p). It gets worse at night when I'm sleeping. I would be sleeping soundly and suddenly will wake up with a bad cough as if I'm choking. This disrupts my sleep. Till my teeth grows like the big people, I will just have to endure this phase, I guess.
As kids begin teething, they might drool more and want to chew on things. For some babies, teething is painless. Others may experience brief periods of irritability, and some may seem cranky for weeks, with crying jags and disrupted sleeping and eating patterns. Teething can be uncomfortable, but if your baby seems very irritable, talk to your doctor.

I'm back in school after 2 weeks of staying at home. The flu bug really got me this time! Ayah and Ibu got it. Even Sarah got a bit of it. I was really excited to go back to my class too meet my friends and teachers. And the most exciting part was Ayah even sent me to school. It's our first time and I was beaming with joy when I arrived at school. And that's not all. He even fetched me together with Ibu just now. It's not everyday he can send and fetch me. He's not working today because of his "duty to serve the nation" shifts. He had to be away from home for a very long time because of this and I miss him. I am definitely looking forward to seeing my Ayah again this Friday...insyaAllah.

Uh-oh. Ibu says that adek Sarah is going to crawl soon. She's been pushing her way about and she's always moving towards me, trying to grab whatever I'm holding. ick!

I'm still sick. My temperature has been like a rollercoaster ride...can be normal at times and feverish the next. Even adek Sarah caught the bug. She's been coughing since yesterday and my parents decided to bring me to the doc again. There werent many people when we reached the place because it was near closing time. The nurses wore face masks and those who are having fever are required to wait outside the clinic. I didn't have any fever at that time so I can still sit inside. The doc prescribed some antibiotics and told us to bring me back if my fever don't subside by next week or off to the hospital I go. :(
