Ibu finally helped us to paste the wall decals on our bedroom walls. She got the stickers at a discounted price when she bought some stuff from cottonon.kids. We decided to forgo re-painting the whole room since the white walls still looked ok. Oh well, maybe next time when we are a little bit bigger and can help with the painting. :D it sure won't be easy with adek bugging to help (or rather mess everything up! Hehe). We also got our very own 'maiboxes' from Ikea for Ibu & Ayah to post little notes. It's cute and also serves as a book pouch for our favourite books. I am beginning to like my room very much.

Ibu made a rawring breakfast today...pancakes topped with half an oreo and a couple of choc chips for the eyes. It is not everyday that Ibu 'designs' our breakfast so this is vey interesting. We ate it up quickly. Nice-looking food sure give us more appetite.

Got my knee scraped when I fell while walking home yesterday. It wasn't painful when the accident happened but I began to cry when Ibu wanted to wash the wound when we reached home. It was very painful, ok! It was worse when Ibu applied minyak gamat (a healing traditional lotion) on it because it stinged badly. I limped the whole day although Ibu got the wound bandaid'ed.And I thought it couldn't get any worse but I fell again just now. The wound which was recovering nicely got scraped again and it looKed worse than ever. Even my right knee which was 'untouched' yesterday got scraped. Now I have my 2 knees bandaid'ed. It will probably be sometime before they heal. I dreaded bath times because the bandaid needed to be changed regularly to avoid infecting the scraped area.

Here's a fun activity as inspired by one of Ibu's friends. All you need are some papers cut into different shapes like rectangles, squares and circles. We got equal number of shapes because we are very particular. :p Then paste them away on a piece of bigger paper to make a picture! It's fuss-free and fun too!

I had been practising using the scissors since I barely turned two. Kakak Aisyah loves doing crafts and she uses a lot of the scissors to cut colourful papers, long ribbons and white paper plates, I am not really a pro like her but I can hold it properly now and cut anything! It takes a lot of getting used to but it's easy once you get the hang of it. I just have to be careful not to accidentally my little fingers.

Ibu bought a pingpong set for both of us and it was fun playing with it. Pingpong or table tennis is a game where 2 players hit a ball across the pingpong table. The ball is really light and easy to hit but it Is a challenging game, I tell you! It's actually quite hard to hit the small ball cos if your opponent hits hard, the ball can move reeeeeeaaaaalllly fast! Ibu and I improvised and we played in our living room. We missed about 90% of the ball. Hehe. Oh well, as they say, practise makes perfect!

Ibu made a 2-layer chocolate cake for the first time today. Adek has requested a birthday cake (although her birthday is in November) for her imaginary birthday party. Adek and I helped to decorate the cake with colourful sprinkles before we sang a birthday song. It tasted quite nice although I didnt eat much of it. Adek and ibu are the ones who finished everythng up because nobody else in the house likes creamy cakes.
