adek Sarah is now into Garfield that she watches it everyday. But she only likes the first few minutes of the movie and then she will ask to repeat that part. Yep, only a few first minutes of Garfield.
Having a kakak is like always having a friend. When kakak Aisyah is at school, I feel very lonely. We always have lots of fun together. Of course, we had a fair share of screaming at each other too. I am learning to be more defensive nowadays by scratching and pinching kakak Aisyah when I get mad with her. No more biting now. Lucky her. :p
Ibu got me a doll recently which babytalks at a slight squeeze on the hand. She even wears a diaper which needs to be changed when she poops or pees. kakak Aisyah and I are trying our best to make her feel at home by talking to her and feeding her when we think she's hungry. But she's a bit boring because she's still a baby and babies don't do too much stuffs.
Ibu can now save a bit on kiddyrides because adek Sarah can now join me...wheeee! For $2, both of us can squeeze in a single car ride or join in the fun too like in the video. :D
We don't really care if the entire painting paper gets torn. We get to play with lots of gooey paints and have lots of fun (and squabbles along the way too). Now, that's important to us! Sometimes I think the big people can become too much result-oriented that they miss the essential joy that is in our activities of daily life. Now you have some words of wisdom from me. hehe.
We finally went to the zoo yesterday (with Atok+Nenek and unty+uncleShah). The weather had been pretty unpredictable nowadays with showers in the morning but the morning was fine yday so off we go. Ibu packed enuff lunch for both me and adek Sarah and other essentials (read: lots of wetwipes and tissues and not forgetting the extra clothes!). We also brought along the stroller and my buggyboard.
I had been wanting to go to the zoo since for like a very very long time already. I had made a mental list with Ibu of which animals to visit prior to the actual day. We thought we can spend only a couple of hours looking at the animals but we spent almost half a day walking around the zoo. But I'm glad I managed to visit all the animals in my list...wooooopie! We even had a chance to ride the carousel.
Ayah was saaaad though because we missed his favourite, the komodo dragon. Oh well, next time ok, Ayah...maybe in 2012 because the River Safari will be opened by then.
It's June again which means kakak Aisyah won't be attending school for a month. That's a pretty longggg holiday, I must say. We spent the first week of the hols at Nenek+Atok's place (sans Ayah). Apart from visiting the nearby playground and pasarmalam there, we also spent most of our time relaxing out butts. hurhur.
I just got this mekap2 table, thx to unty. While people keep telling me to paint on paper, she actually paints on people's faces for real. Of course, she doesn't use fat paintbrushes like mine and palettes of watercolour but the things she uses are rather similar. Maybe I can paint on someone's face one day. Would you like to volunteer? :D
The winner in the race towards that giant egg. Stayed in Ibu's tummy for a very long time before the doc cut Ibu's tummy open and pulled her out. Was out in the real world on Wednesday, 8th RamaDHaan 1426 A.H. (121005) at 1.11pm. Ibu and Ayah calls her Aisyah. A game junkie, just like her ayah.
About Sarah
The little sister to Aisyah. Was out in the real world on 231108 and was named Sarah. She's the one who came out with spiky hair but later she became the girl with curlywurly hair...somehow. A hardcore vuvunenen addict who eats only to survive.
