I went to the doctor yesterday in a stroller. Yeps, you read it! I have a new stroller, thanks to my Atok and Pati. It's maroon and beige and has this cute little fan to keep me cool in the warm weather. And what's so fascinating is that there's this flashing colourful lights while the fan is blowing at me. Well, the lights at home don't flash such colourful patterns so I couldn't keep my eyes off it because I've never seen anything like this before.
I was about to doze off at 10pm yesterday when Ayah and Ibu dropped by for a visit. There were soooo many things to tell them and everyone in the house was amused at my babbles. I giggled in between the babbles and that got everyone laughing even harder. How silly!
I'm 3 months old today! :P Well, I was already 3 months last Monday according to the Hijrah calendar because I was out in this real world on 9th Ramadhan.
And what can I do as a 3month old? I can babble non-stop when I'm in a good mood. Good mood = 1 bottle of milk + enough zzz. I can also now do mini push-ups when Ibu put me on my tummy. I can hold my head steadily now when I'm on my tummy although it can be tiring on my neck and my head just flopped back down. *aarrgh* At the moment I am trying to turn to my side on my own and hoping that I can have that perfect moment to turn and lie on my tummy on my own.
Sometimes there's some gargling sound coming from my throat when I am very happy. Ibu seemed so happy when I do that. And did you know I can kick like Bruce Lee now too. *haiiiiyahhhh!!!* Even Ayah said I can kick harder now...hehe. I accidentally kicked Ibu in the tummy last week and she was going 'Adoiiiiii..!'. Ooops!
BUT..here's the BUT. My hair's still growing sloooooowwww like a snail back there. Everyone says its because of 'makan bantal' which literally translated as 'pillow eats'. Bad, bad pillows! *hmmph!*
Hooray! Aunty Zah and Tok are not working today because it's a public holiday. Pati told me it's Hari Raya Haji. She recited the takbir yesterday after her prayers. Pati also cooked sooo nice-smelling dishes. There's the rendang, chikin, and sambal goreng. But I still prefer my bottle of milk...anytime, any day. :D Tok was busy the whole of yesterday cleaning up the house. I watched him mop the floor from my cot and tried turning on my tummy at the same time.
Ibu and Ayah also came to see me in the afternoon. of course I have many 'dokong trips' around the house. and lots and lots of hugs and kishes from the both of them!
But I think I need to get lots of bibs because I can't seem to control my saliva from dripping out of my mouth. It's fun trying to make bubbles out of them though. :D
I am at Bishan again for the weekend. I just had my jab today. I'm going to be 3mths old sometime next week. Anyway I was missing Ayah and Ibu and Nenek and Tok Jo last week. But today I miss Pati, Tok and Aunty Zah. How I wish everyone could live together with me. Wouldn't it be wonderful!
I'll be going back home in the hugs of my Ibu and Ayah tomorrow!!!
Yipppeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Here I am at Pati's place. (Actually Pati doesn't like to be called Pati..she keeps insisting she's a Malay...but she's NOT. hehehe :P) Back to my story, I'm here because Ibu has gone back to work yesterday. Aunty Zah and Tok has also started working yesterday so I'm left alone with Pati most of the day. Ibu called me on the phone at home a lottt of times today and yesterday. But well, I miss her voice soo much. I thought Ibu is beside me and started kicking my legs, giving that 'I want a dokong, Ibuuu!!!' look. But she's not...she works very far away from Pati's house. You have to take the bus and the train to reach there. And of course, I miss my Ayah lots and lots too...!
I miss the 'patty times' we have together at home. Ayah says I'm this patty and Ibu and Ayah imagine themselves as the bread and squashed me in between! Though I find it irritating sometimes, I do find this squashing and hugging fun! I miss them both BIG time! I'm sure they miss me too.
