Did I tell you that I have a new book? It's called 'Goodnight Stories from the Quran'. I love listening to Ayah reading the stories. There are soooo many stories about our Creator and the Prophets. There are like 12 or 16 stories in the book. I don't know...I can't count yet. *grins* Actually I was more interested in the colourful pictures in the book.
Every morning, Tok would pinch my nose a bit and pull it. He told me it's to make my nose stand out more. But the nose-pinching makes me want to sneeze most of the time. Maybe he wants me to have a sharp nose like that famous dancing-dancing Hindustani star, Kajol. Pati has a sharper nose than me because she's part Indian. That's why I call her Pati! *grins*
It's sooo nice lying in bed on rainy days especially on new bedsheets. When I came back from Pati's house, Ibu had her bedsheet changed to a very colourful stripey one. It was the first time I saw such a colourful bedsheet that I was dizzy for a while when I looked hard at it. Ibu taught me some new colours too. There's pink, purple, yellow, red and some other colours which I don't quite remember now.
That's me on my boppy with lil chicky attached to it. Ibu was sooo excited that she put me on it a few minutes after the deliveryman sent it in the afternoon. I tried grabbing the toys in front of me but I think my arms are still a tad short so I can only look at them while my neck lolled front, back, left and right.
When I'm not cranky, I love to talk. People always misintepret me and can't seem to understand what I'm talking about. When Ayah comes back from work, I like telling him about my day. My favourite topics are of course on my bottles of milk, my toys and the spongebob episodes Abg Alif keeps playing on tv.
That's my brother, Abg Alif. He's my cousin actually. Abg Alif likes hearing my babbles. He told Ibu that I told him a story of little people. He also loves telling this story about me spinning on a fan and flapping my hands fast enough to fly and trying to brake before I hit the wall. I don't know how it comes about but I guess it's about my fascination with the ceiling fan at home. hehe.
I'm back at my house in Bishan! Ayah and Ibu fetched me in the evening and gave me lots of hugs and kishes and not forgetting the farewell kishes from Pati and atok. Anyway I'm going to see them soon enough when my Ibu goes back to work in 2 weeks time. I'll be staying at Pati's house from Monday to Friday and only goes back on weekdays. That's a longggg time when I'll see my Ibu and Ayah again. I'm definitely going to miss them BIG time!
Hurrah! My poo poo is back being a pasty yellow again. No more greeny poo poo. My appetite's also back, the Friso milk tastes a bit more yummy'licious than Similac. I'm still at pati's house though. Aunty Zah is having her school holidays so she's always around to dokong me...hehe. She said she's taking me shopping tomorrow with pati. I don't know if Ibu is following us though. Hope she does! I miss my Ayah and Ibu.
I'm at my *pati's place after going to the doctor.
*p.s. Ayah has taught me to call my nenek Pasir Ris pati. Pati means nenek in Tamil language. Cool, isnt't it? :D
My poo poo is still green. I have no idea why...I havent eaten any veges yet. My neneks told Ibu it's the same thing...FRIGHT. I get sooo frightened easily. I will be in slumberland and suddenly...my arms will be flailing in the air at the slightest sound. somebody got to calm me back to sleep. *sigh* Ibu checked the Internet and the superstition about baby passing green poo poo when they become frightened is true afterall. Babies produce some stuffs in the body which cause them to produce green poo poo. Amazing!
Ibu and Ayah are going to buy me a Boppy pillow so that I can have my tummy time exercise. My neck ain't that strong yet. Everytime Ibu or Ayah places me on my tummy, I can only hold my head for a few seconds before it 'drops' again. It sure took me a lot of effort to hold my head up everytime I'm on my tummy.
I had been passing green poo poo for the past few days. Ibu had to 'tahan' her breath when she changed my diapers because my poo poo is soo smelly. So Ibu brought me to Kinder Clinic again this morning. It was mild diarrhea and Dr Kumar prescribed 2 types of medicine in powder form and a tin of milk without lactose. The milk tasted funny but I drank half of it because I was just too hungry. I just hope the colour of my poo poo will be back to pasty yellow again so that I can drink my usual yummy Similac milk.
That aside, I'm just concerned about my hair. Hair's not growing much back there...yikes!
I'm back in my house again and Ayah is well! He gave me lots of hugs and kishes when he got back from work last Wednesday. Ibu is still down with a slight cold and has a bit of a cough. But she still got her medicine though they make her feel drowsy. Her head lolled front and back while trying to get me to sleep just now. I think she looks very funny.
