I went to Changi Airport T3 before it would be officially opened on 9th January 2008 with Ibu and a few of her friends. It is super spacious and we walked quite a lot although I was in the stroller most of the time. Most shops are not open yet except for McDonalds, Candy Empire and some others. It's glass-walled everywhere and I felt like I'm in Willy Wonka's factory. I guess this might be my only chance of a lifetime to walk through the transit area of T3. Too bad there aren't any butterflies in the Butterfly Garden yet but I was wondering how many of those 'escaped' butterflies will be sucked into the engines of the planes in future? hmmm.
