I've started walking quite a bit lately. I will wobble my way to my destination but always sit down hard on my bum. *ouch* fortunately my mamypoko absorbed much of the impact...hehe. It's really a matter of gaining confidence on my part because I do most of the walking on the bed or the mattress on the floor. I get scared easily and sit down the moment I think I'm falling. Ayah has bought me a pair of Bobux shoes to encourage me to practise walking when I'm outside although research shows that babies actually learn to walk better when they’re not wearing shoes.Now the BIG people think that I was sick last week because I am acquiring some new skills. And coincidentally I'm walking more frequently now. Hmmm..that's hard because I have to be sick to learn something new. I haven't even started talking and running. ack!

Yay! You're well on your way to freedom, Aisyah! Well, some sort of freedom lah. But those Bobux shoes are pretty good. I recommend them for all babies learning to walk. Soft enough to let you "feel" the ground when you're walking, right?
