That's me with my cousin, Adilah. Ibu and I went to Obek's house yesterday to bade my farewell to my cousins, Adilah and her bro, Abang Adam. They will be moving house to somewhere across the causeway. Although we seldom visit each other, I'll miss them much and hope they settle nicely in their new home.

Breakfast at LJS

Ayah has been on reservist duties for the past couple of weeks. He usually works normal hours but he works shifts during his reservist period. It was his last day of reservist today and since he had worked the night shift, Ibu thought it would be nice to have an LJS breakfast with him right after he knocked off from work.


We looooove LJS breakfast because it is really worth the $$$ and adek even likes the food there. adek Sarah and I can eat 1 whole Texas chikin patty each considering adek don't each much nowadays (that is another blog entry!). Ibu always orders the Texas chikin meal everytime we have an LJS breakfast. Too bad LJS doesn't have any kids meal on its menu like Mcdees or KFC.

From Bishan to Paya Lebar

Ibu and I took the MRT to Paya Lebar via the new circle line yesterday. She pushed me in my stroller all the way from home to Bishan MRT. I was already sleeping by the time I reached Paya Lebar. I didn't miss anything much because Ibu lost her way a bit and took the wrong exit and had to walk a longer way to Haig Road.


By the time I woke up, we were already in a bookstore and getting ready to go back. Ibu had also bought putupirings from her favourite shop while I was still sleeping. We took another 15min to walk from Haig Road to the MRT station where Ibu took a couple of photos. It was a really quick trip because we had to fetch kakak Aisyah back from school. We will surely make another circle line trip again.

Refugees

That's me at MakNgah's house. We had to 'seek refuge' at her house today from the noisy drillings just above our unit. The drillings were so loud that I couldn't even hear myself talking. Fortunately MakNgah stayed only a few blocks away from us and it's all peace and quiet there till we get back home.

Another checkup

Here we are at the clinic again for a checkup to see whether my lungs have cleared of phlegm. We definitely don't want to see history repeat itself again. It was a traumatising experience, I tell you.


Anyway the lungs weren't cleared and I had to really start my antibiotic regime...aargh! I hate the taste of medicines, let alone antibiotics! Even kakak Aisyah who's ok with taking medicines (yes, she's weird!) finds swallowing Augmentin a bit too hard. I'll struggle more this time round, I guess.
