I wore my pink baju kurong to school yesterday because it's the Racial Harmony Day. The last time I wore this was in Hari Raya last year...hehe. So what exactly is this day?

Racial Harmony Day is celebrated annually on 21 July in Singapore. The event is to commemorate the 1964 Race Riots, which took place on 21 July 1964. Racial Harmony Day also represents a day for schools to reflect on, and celebrate Singapore's success as a racially harmonious nation and society built on a rich diversity of culture and heritage. In schools all across the nation on that day, students are encouraged to be dressed in their traditional costumes such as the Cheongsam and the Baju Kurung.

kakak Aisyah will only lend me her toy whenever I want to grab whatever she's holding. She was holding a Nintendo yesterday and I just wanted to take a look at whatever she's doing. She quickly showed me Ibu's old organiser (kakak Aisyah calls it the field journal...you know, the one from that Diego cartoon), introduced me the functions (I just knew I had to have a taste of it!) and I was distracted by the buttons. How smart (as if I don't know) rite?! :p

Ayah sometimes can't visit us in Pasir Ris because of his work schedules. Of course, we miss each other very very much. What we usually do to 'lepaskan rindu' is log into MSN and turn on our webcam to let Ayah see what we're doing. Well, it's more of sending each other nudges or a bunch of winks actually. Sometimes we get to see what Ayah is doing at his desk too. He likes to make funny faces when he's on webcam. I just flood his window with lots of alphabets and press the [enter] key. Ibu calls me 'the spammer' and yes, I love spamming Ayah's msn window...hehe.

I wonder what's making kakak Aisyah so engrossed in that thing in her hands sometimes.

Here's my other 'bodyguard', Abang Alif. When kakak Aisyah was small, he helps Ibu play with her. Now that I'm here, he helps Ibu to look after me too. kakak Aisyah and him make a good tagteam and I love watching them play. I wish I can join in the fun!

They can sing one of my favourite songs, ItsyBitsy Spider, over and over again. They make sure I don't cry whenever Ibu is not around to do some errands. Besides showering me with sloppy kishes, he likes to tickle me a lot too. I'm a rather ticklish baby and I get all squirmy whenever he does that. I'm sure going to miss him when school holidays are over.

Help!! They have lowered down the mattress in my playpen and I am trapped inside whenever nobody is watching me. Even kakak Aisyah can't help me. She keeps callnig my name from outside and can't do much. :p I know it's safe for me since I can't fall off easily from the playpen....well, not yet! I will figure that out soon enough.

kakak Aisyah has this new game. It's pretty fun and I get all giggly just by playing it. She lays still on the ground and when I touch her, she'll give me a 'BOO!'. She does it like for another 26 times just to hear me laugh.
