We went to the doc just now...just me, Ibu and Ayah. Kakak Aisyah didn't follow because she woke up rather late and we had to be there on time for my checkup. Anyway we found out that my very first jab at the hospital was infected and the doc will have to squeeze out the pus from the bump next week. That sounds painful indeed. No jab for me till everything's fine. *gulp*

And that's not all. I'm still jaundiced and that means more suntanning for me. Maybe I need a pair of sunglasses and sunblock lotion. The doc also discovered something in my left knee called a 'clicky'. A clicky sound can be heard whenever I bend my knee...you know, like your mouse clicks. The doc advised my parents not to swaddle me (which they never did) and my parents have to carry me on their hips when I'm bigger so that my legs are not 'confined'. The doc also prescribed Ibu some glucosamine pills to improve my knee. How does that improve my knees? Well, I'm drinking milk from Ibu's milkbags so the 'goodness' will be transferred via that.

Well, I hope things will get better soon. I must remind Ibu to take her pills regularly. Shes rather forgetful when it comes to taking her meds. :P

The big people think I can be quiet long enough for them to do other things? Nahhhh..they thought wrong. Yes, I was mesmerized for a while but I would be flailing my arms about and calling out a loud 'ACK!' for someone to pick me up after a while. :P

A lot of people have been visiting us..specifically to see me at the hospital and nenek's house. And I get a lot of boxes wrapped in colourful papers. Kakak Aisyah 'looted' the toys while she left the clothes for me. That's because she can't fit into any of them! I don't actually care but I'm really going after those toys when I am big enuff. hehe.

It's tiring having my own adek now. Sometimes my sleep is disturbed by her cries in the middle of the night cos I'm a light sleeper. So when she sleeps, it's peace at last (although everyone in the house thinks that when I sleep, it's even greater peace!). :P

Being a baby is bliss. All you got to do is just cry and the big people will quickly check what bothers you. If I scream my lungs out to want something, the big people think I'm demanding. If I cry when I don't get what I want, I'm labelled as a spoilt brat. It's hard being a toddler. And they say teenagers get misunderstood often. We do too, you know. Or maybe I'm just over-reacting? hmm.

I hate being swaddled. Of course, swaddling is a good way of settling and soothing irritable newborns like myself. It's supposed to provide warmth for me who is used to live in the Womb. But I can't stretch myself and it can get quite warm inside especially since we're all living in warm sin-chia-por. I bet even my sister would scream her head off if she's inside. However I often managed to un'swaddle myself and stretch myself till I'm red in the face. It's a bliss sleeping like that, I tell you.
